The fir tree foot is housed in a disc groove between two teeth (5) having angled walls complementary to the notches of the fir tree foot and radially retains the blade. The blades are held axially by an axial lock ring inserted in a T-shaped annular groove (8) biting into the solid part of the disc and in alternate feet of the blades. Each tooth is drilled in its base, in a zone subjected to a local stress peak, with a hole (14) from the face (7) of the disc where the annular groove is machined at a level where it crosses it so as to emerge in the groove separating two consecutive teeth.
