PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article delivery system or the like capable of keeping the secrecy of an article acquiring person in article transactions and delivery utilizing the Internet and securing the safety of individual information. SOLUTION: The system is applied to the transactions or the like in which a user 32 who has a computer terminal 33 accesses an individual transaction site 71 opened on the Internet through the Internet 31 and orders and acquires an article 62. An E mail address owned by the user is utilized as medium information for obtaining destination information for delivering the article 62 to the user. The user is registered as an individual member beforehand and the individual information such as an address and a name of the user is kept in relation with the E mail address.
