PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video-voice information communication system, a television conference terminal, a portable terminal, a television conference information transfer method and a storage medium wherein, when a user is absent from a set place of a television conference terminal, a call is received by using a portable terminal and communication is enabled on the received call not by an answering machine but in voice, by a method wherein a call received with a television conference terminal during absence is made possible to be received with a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The television conference terminal device 210 transfers a voice to the portable terminal device 211 when a video call is received, transfers the voice to the portable terminal 211 when the voice call is received, and transfers an electronic mail text to the portable terminal 211 when the electronic mail is received. The portable terminal 211 receives the voice or the electronic mail transferred from the television conference terminal 210, and displays the received electronic mail. |
