PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which information limited to an area is delivered inexpensively to a radio terminal, a user acquires only personally useful information and the user's need can be grasped. SOLUTION: Summarized information limited to an area is delivered, as index information, to a user and the user selects only required information. The selected information is recorded as marketing information.
