PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy film in which corrosive deterioration (such as the one caused by oxidation, the one caused by carburization, the one caused by nitriding, the one caused by sulfidation and the one caused by halogenation), thermal deterioration or the like are hard to be generated, and which can be produced by a simple method at a low cost, and is further applicable even to a part with a complicated shape. SOLUTION: Aluminum and chromium are diffused into a nickel or cobalt based plating film to produce a nickel - chromium - aluminum based alloy film or a cobalt - chromium - aluminum based alloy film.
