MAINTENANCE DEVICE FOR PRIVATE HOME ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device for a private home elevator that can ensure safety of an operator and a resident and prevent missing of removal. SOLUTION: A locking element 8A of a door half-opening holder 8 is mounted on a swing door 4 installed in a doorway of an elevator. In a half-closing state of the swing door 4, an actuating element 8B of the door half-opening holder 8 is brought into contact with a magnetic detection switch 5 arranged on a doorstop portion for the swing door 4 so as to permit travel of the elevator when detecting closing of the swing door 4. The magnetic detection switch 5 thus detects a door closing state in a simulative manner.
