<p>PURPOSE: A textile fabric filling agent composition using waste fiber is provided to reduce use of an adhesive to be applied to the back side of a textile fabric and to enable the recycling of waste fiber or fiber dust generated during the processing of the textile fabric. CONSTITUTION: The textile fabric filling agent composition consists of waste fiber or fiber dust of 10-90wt.% generated during the processing of the textile fabric and an adhesive. The composition is grinded into 20-400mesh and mixed with an adhesive. The adhesive is selected among a group consisting of acryl emulsion, acryl copolymer emulsion, acryl acid ester copolymer, polyurethane, epoxy resin, glue and silicone adhesives.</p> |
