PURPOSE: To enhance a conventional manufacturing method to improve the productivity of condenser microphones because of the conventional manufacturing method where one by one condenser microphone is assembled by putting a plurality of components into a case and caulking the edge of the case resulting in increased manufacturing man-hours and causing difficulty in cost reduction. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing process of condenser microphones each having a structure of integrally layering an electric circuit board mounting electric elements, a back electrode board having back electrodes, a spacer and a vibration membrane support frame stretching a vibration membrane to al lower face, aggregate such as an integrated electric circuit board 12, an integrated back electrode board 15, an integrated spacer 19 and an integrated vibration membrane support frame 18 where many components are laid out longitudinally and laterally in a lattice form and integrated are prepared, the aggregates are stacked and bonded by using an adhesive sheet or the like to obtain a layered aggregate where many products are laid out longitudinally and laterally and integrated. By dicing the aggregate along border lines of each product region condenser microphones can be obtained from diced chips to obtain many products at once. |
