PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for bamboo charcoal/bamboo vinegar excellent in workability. SOLUTION: This apparatus excellent in workability installs a furnace body 1 provided inside with a pot 2 for carbonization of the bamboo material and a lid member 4 covering the upper part, a cooling tank 7 provided inside with flue gas introducing tube having a vertically protruded flue gas supplying tube 8 on upper part close to the furnace body 1, a flue gas guiding tube 6 horizontally and detachably fitting a flue gas discharging tube 5 vertically connecting to the lid member 4 and the cooling tank 7, and installs a work table 18 having a top flat surface set close to the height of the upper part of the furnace body 1, and sets to facilitate the attaching and detaching work of the flue gas guiding tube 6 and transporting work of the lid body 4 from the furnace body 1 to the work table 18. |
