PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a person who has history information here and there and performs an application procedure has information about privacy unnecessary for the application procedure to certify its continuity known to a receptionist. SOLUTION: When information of history start point, end point and passing points is inputted with a start point/end point/passing point inputting means 106, a history continuity verifying means 124 verifies whether or not history continues in a history information storing means 125, and a verification results outputting means 107 outputs verification results. Accordingly, the person who has the history information here and there and performs an application procedure certifies the continuity without letting the receptionist know the information about privacy unnecessary for the application procedure and can show the history propriety of the person himself/herself. |
