PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reservation management system, method and program capable of smoothly making a medical consultation reservation and chart prepa ration in a hospital. SOLUTION: A reservation management server connected to patient terminals through a network and connected to a storage device storing electronic charts and IDs and medial consultation room terminals through an in-hospital network, receives reservation request information from a patient terminal, decides a medical consultation room, confirms a reservation condition of the medical consultation room, transmits reservation decision request information to the patient terminal, receives reservation decision information, issues a reservation number, updates the reservation condition of the medical consultation room, registers prescribed reservation items while associating the prescribed reservation items with decided reservation date and hour, transmits reservation completion information to the patient terminal, and transmits an electronic chart related to a corresponding patient stored in the storage device to the medical consultation room terminal on the basis of the ID of the patient and the address of the medical consultation room terminal when the reserved date arrives. |
