PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and accurate and latest real property information in advertisement of real property on the Internet. SOLUTION: A Web application server 3 records real property data in a master file 13 based on input from an affiliated store terminal 25 connected via the Internet 11 and manages business affairs regarding a property deal based on the real property data. Pieces of data extracted based on prescribed fetching conditions among the real properties recorded in the master file 13 are fetched in data files 17, 19 for media. Pieces of the real property data in the data files 17, 19 can be browsed and retrieved from the affiliated store terminal 25 and a customer terminal 23.
