PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a conventional antireflection material is applied, it takes a long time to form a transparent electrically conductive thin film and a low refractive index layer resuling in low working speed, the corrosion resistance of the transparent electrically conductive thin film is not satisfactory and reflectance in the whole visible light region is not constant. SOLUTION: The problems can be solved by stacking a hard coat layer 5 and an antireflection layer 6 (comprising layers 6a and 6b different from each other in refractive index) in this order on the top surface of a transparent plate 2 having a finely rugged face 3 with protrusions 3a formed at a pitch below the wavelength of light on the undersurface thereof. A patterned layer may be disposed at a proper position, e.g. between the transparent plate 2 and the hard coat layer 5. |
