PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive recording material having an electric conductive back coating. SOLUTION: The recording material for manufacturing an offset printing plate has a web type supporting body or a plate type supporting body, a radiation sensitive layer on the front face of the supporting body, and a continuous layer on the back face of the supporting body. The layer formed on the back face of the supporting body has at least 55 deg.C glass transition temperature Tg and 10<6> Ω or lower surface resistance (measured at 23 deg.C and 50% relative humidity by using spring electrodes according to DIN 53422).
