PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor with excellent user operability, capable of preferentially displaying an image which is highly likely to be used by each user when a client access through a network the image processor, and to provide an image processing method and a program. SOLUTION: If there was an access from the same client before, this time processing contents are determined according to the access contents, and an operation screen to be displayed to the client is changed according to the previous access contents from the client.
