PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain close contact strength of a scintillator onto a bonding part of an FOP panel from being worsened, in a scintillator panel using the FOP panel formed by arranging FOPs two-dimensionally to bond side faces thereof with an adhesive. SOLUTION: When the FOP panel 2 is prepared to constitute the scintillator panel, corner parts 201 c, 202 c of the optional two FOPs 201 , 202 out of the plural FOPs 20 constituting it are bonded to a side part 202 s of the other FOP 202 to thin a width W of the bonding part 21.
