PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet stool equipped with a separately formed first spout portion, wherein the first spout portion effectively exerts its good operation to implement remarkable flushing function and the first spout portion can be easily mounted in the flush toilet stool. SOLUTION: The flush toilet stool is comprised of a pottery main body consisting of a bowl portion and a discharge portion, a feedwater source control section for controlling feed of flush water to be discharged into the bowl portion, the first spout portion communicating with the feedwater source control section and penetrating the pottery main body at an upper rear location of the bowl portion, for guiding the flush water to a peripheral end of the bowl portion, and an exhaust port arranged at the tip of the first spout portion, for discharging the flush water from an opening in a manner swirling along the bowl portion. According to the flush toilet stool, the discharge port is connected to the first spout portion via an angle adjusting section for setting the discharge port at an arbitrary angle.
