PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a bad influence of oil used at a guide shaft of a moving base which composes an optical pickup, upon a dual shaft actuator. SOLUTION: A lubricant oil is applied to the guide shaft which supports the moving base 7 to slide freely along the radial direction of a disk-shaped recording medium, and for the moving base, an oil stoppers 11 for the lubricant oil are formed between the guide shaft and a position corresponding to the movable part of the dual shaft actuator. Thus, the intrusion of the lubricant oil applied on the guide shaft into the movable part of the dual shaft actuator is prevented.
