The invention concerns a leaf stripper comprising a frame (1) whereon is mounted a platform (2). The platform (2) comprises an opening (3) wherein is mounted a grid (4). A blade (6) is mounted rotating beneath the grid (4) and is connected to a motor (10) and to a turbine (9). Plants to be stripped of their leaves are to be placed on the grid, the parts to be stripped of leaves being cut by the blade and sucked by the turbine.
