A table device having a linear guide device, comprising a plurality of members forming the linear guide device, the other members for installing the linear guide device thereon, and screws for connecting the specified combinations of the members to each other, wherein screw holes for receiving the screws are provided in the members formed by the combinations, and air vent holes communicating with clearances formed between the screws and the screw holes by allowing the screws to be received by the screw holes are drilled in the members forming the table device, whereby, when the table device is positioned in a vacuum or a decompressed atmosphere, the air remaining in the clearance between the screws and the screw holes can be discharged through the air vent holes in a short time and, accordingly, the table device suitable for use in the vacuum or decompressed environment can be provided.
