The tool has a linear driven saw blade holder, drive motor, and transmission. It also has a take-off shaft (5) with internal thread for connection to the outer thread of a rotating tool (6), e.g. a drill chuck. The transmission has an eccentric shaft to drive the saw blade holder. A protective rib (11) is positioned close to the take-off shaft.
