摘要 (1) A niobium monoxide powder which is represented by NbOx wherein x is 0.8 to 1.2 and may contain another element in an amount of 50 to 200,000 ppm, and has a tap density of 0.5 to 2.5 g/ml, an average particle diameter of 10 to 1000 mu m, an angle of repose of 10 to 60 degrees, a BET specific surface area of 0.5 to 40 m<2>/g, a pore diameter distribution exhibiting a plurality of peak tops, and a method for preparing the niobium monoxide powder; (2) a niobium monoxide sintered product which is prepared by sintering the above niobium monoxide powder and has a pore diameter distribution exhibiting a plurality of peak tops in the range of 0.01 to 500 mu m, preferably has the distribution wherein two peak tops having greatest relative intensities are positioned at 0.2 to 0.7 mu m and 0.7 to 3 mu m, respectively, and further a peak top having the greatest relative intensity is positioned in the larger diameter side of the distribution than a peak top having the second greatest relative intensity, and a method for preparing the niobium monoxide sintered product; (3) a capacitor using the above sintered product and a method for manufacturing the capacitor; and (4) an electronic circuit and an electronic device using the above capacitor.
