摘要 Apparatus comprises a light source producing a bundled light beam; a cuvette with a measuring chamber for the gas to be investigated; a window for the introduction and removal of the light beam and having several hollow mirrors for reflecting the light beam; and a detector. Three hollow mirrors with symmetrical mirror surfaces are in the measuring chamber, and symmetrically rotate about its central axis. Apparatus comprises a light source producing a bundled light beam; a cuvette (1) with a measuring chamber for the gas to be investigated; a window for the introduction and removal of the light beam and having several hollow mirrors for reflecting the light beam; and a detector (15) receiving the light beam from the measuring chamber and producing a measuring signal. Three hollow mirrors with symmetrical mirror surfaces (10a-10e) are in the measuring chamber, and symmetrically rotate about the central axis (9). The central points of the mirror surfaces lie on a common inscribed circle (11) touching the mirror surfaces. The light beam entering the measuring chamber is directed onto a mirror surface (10c), so that a reflecting beam is focussed in the center of a second mirror surface (10e). Preferred Features: The measuring chamber has an annular wall comprising wall elements (8a-8e) each supporting a hollow mirror. The central points of the mirror surfaces lie in the central plane of the measuring chamber.
