The present invention realizes a method for realizing service speech dynamic load in the intelligent networks and which is characterized that the speech files and configuration files are scaned and dynamically loaded in accordance with the request of configuration files at any moment by the speech devices. Services speech load can be automatically performed by setting load files and configuration files; the service speech can be magaged by SMS rather than only by a switch; the services' performances are not influenced during the service speech load; hardware operations is not necessary to the load of service speech; and have the feature of "multi-to-multi".
