摘要 <p>A ferritic stainless steel strip, which has a chemical composition in mass %: C: 0.10 % or less, Si: 1.0 % or less, Mn: 1.0 % or less, P: 0.050 % or less, S: 0.020 % or less, Ni: 2.0 % or less, Cr: 8.0 to 22.0 %, N: 0.05 % or less, and optionally one or more of Al: 0.10 % or less, Mo: 1.0 % or less, Cu: 1.0 % or less, Ti: 0.01 to 0.50 %, Nb: 0.01 to 0.50 %, V: 0.01 to 0.30 %, Zr: 0.01 to 0.30 % and B: 0.0010 to 0.0100 %, balance: sustantially Fe, with the proviso that the FM value defined by the formula (1): FM = 420C - 11.5Si + 7Mn + 23Ni - 3.5Cr - 12Mo + 9Cu - 49Ti - 50Nb - 23V - 52Al + 470N + 20 ....(1) is 0 or less, and has an in-plane anisotropy (rmax - rmin) of 0.80 or less and a degree of anisotropy of 0.2 % offset yield strength (smax - smin) of 20 N/mm2 or less; and a method for producing the ferritic stainless steel strip which comprises hot-rolling a ferritic stainless steel having the above composition, and then subjecting the resultant steel to a batch annealing at 700 to 880°C for 1 to 24 hr. The ferritic stainless steel strip is capable of providing a formed product which is reduced in the inferiority of shape such as springback, twist or the like.</p>
