A tourmaline−containing rubber ornament which gives a beautiful appearance, can easily be attached to or detached from hands and legs, and provides a high health promotion effect, and a production method therefor. A tourmaline raw stone and ceramics are ground into powders (6), and the powders (6) are then charged into an organic solvent for dissolving. Next, this organic solvent solution is mixed with colored translucent gel−form silicon rubber and they are agitated and mixed with air supplied, and then a gel−form mixture is poured into a ring−form recess in a molding die. During the molding, specified pressure and temperature are set for profiling. Accordingly, a ring−form tourmaline−containing rubber ornament (2) is obtained.
