<p>The invention concerns a ferrite material with garnet structure based on yttrium and iron comprising copper which enables to substantially lower the sintering temperature thereof compared to standard ferrite materials of the garnet type. The invention is applicable to microwave components, inductive passive components with low losses operating at frequencies of the order of the gigahertz.</p> |
