<p>The present invention relates a method for preparing an aqueous coating dispersion of starch having good film-forming properties and usability in the room temperature. Further, the present invention relates to a method of coating substrates such as pharmaceuticals, food, agricultural seeds and the like. The films prepared using the aqueous coating dispersion of starch according to the invention have a low oxygen transmission and satisfactory mechanical strength properties as well as good stability during storage.</p> |
