<p>A leaf spring (2), wherein an inner peripheral ring part (22), an outer peripheral ring part (23), and a plurality of arm parts (24) spirally extending from the inner peripheral ring part (22) to the outer peripheral ring part (23) are formed by providing, in a disk-like body (20), a plurality of elongated holes (25) spirally extending from the center part of the disk-like body (20) to the outer peripheral part thereof, and bent parts (26) bent apart from a plane including the disk-like body (20) and having such a cross section that a deflection in a surface orthogonal to the lateral direction of the arm parts (24) is easily allowed is formed on the arm parts (24) at one or a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction thereof.</p> |
