The invention concerns a building device (1) in particular of the dwelling-type, comprising a roof frame (2), including truss-rafters (12) and purlins (11), as well as wall frames (3, 4, 5 and 6), including posts (12). The invention is characterised in that it further comprises stabilising means (7) for providing said device with X, Y and Z self-stabilisation when said frames are assembled together, so that the building does not require any additional stabilising element, said stabilising means (7) comprising at least a longitudinal roofing beam (8) and a transverse roofing beam (30) provided at said roof frame (2) and respectively co-operating with at least two transverse bents (10, 10') provided at the transverse wall frames (4, 6) and at least two longitudinal stabilising bents (9, 9') provided at the longitudinal wall frame (3, 5).
