FIELD: gas treatment in gas producing industry; applicable at gas-condensate fields, mainly, prior to gas supply to booster compressor stations. SUBSTANCE: method includes gas cleaning from mechanical impurities and fluid by its passing through dust catcher and additionally through gas separator with centrifugal separating members. Dust catcher for embodiment of the method is of inertial type and combined in one body with gas separator. Productivity of combined separator-dust catcher is regulated by a number of separating members installed in separating plate of separator-gas catcher. Velocity of gas supplied to inlet of separator-dust catcher is selected within 0.9-1.3 m/s, depending on capacity of separator-dust catcher determined as a function of gas pressure at inlet in compliance with experimental relationship: Q= 3.65P + 52, where Q is capacity of separator-dust catcher, cu. m/s; P is gas pressure at inlet of separator-dust catcher, MPa. EFFECT: savings in facilities expended for maintaining of operation of gas-condensate field during entire time of its development. 1 ex |
