FIELD: medicine, chemical-pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method used for preparing amiodarone-base injection medicinal agent. Nonionogenic surface-active substance is dissolved in water for injection at temperature 60-65 C, then benzyl alcohol is dissolved and then preliminary microionized mixture of amiodarone or its salt with indicated surface-active substance of mean size of particles about 100 mcm is dissolved at 70-75 C, cooled to the room temperature bringing about pH value to 2.4-3.8, filtered, ampoulized in nitrogen flow and sterilized.
