METHOD FOR TREATING INTRAARTICULAR FRACTURES OF RADIAL DISTAL METAEPIPHYSIS

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: arthroscpic survey is conducted to observe the direction of fracture plane, the number of fragments and their disposition. A needle is percutaneously inserted into the largest fragment. By manipulating the needle's end one should achieve precise correlation of the fragment along articular surface. The rest fragments are correlated analogously. Fixation of fragments is performed by deeper application of needles used for reposition. The method enables to restore the integrity of articular surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex
