FIELD: computer engineering; peripheral man-operated data input devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves data entry in personal computer by means of device controlled by operator's feet. Device implementing this method has case built of two parts one being base and other, cover; the latter is made in the form of box whose upper surface area mounting push-buttons is large enough for adult's feed; cover bottom has spring-loaded ball mounts for moving device on floor; there is no ball-to-floor cohesion in absence of foot pressure on upper cover. EFFECT: enhanced speed of data entry in computer. 3 dwg
