<p>A hand-held device for applying correction tape on an application surface having at most only a supply spool for a stock of the correction tape. An applicator element, which can be a roller, applies the correction tape in its entirety on the application surface. No backing tape or the like is rewound back into the casing. Therefore, a second take-up spool can be omitted. In the vicinity of the application element a cut-off/separating element is provided for cutting off or separating the applied correction tape from the rest of the correction tape when lifting the device off an application surface.</p> |
