<p>PURPOSE: To supervise demand and supply of energy by storing power in each power receiving facility based on a command from a load dispatching means thereby operating the entire power system integrally. CONSTITUTION: A distributed load dispatching office 7 delivers a distributed load dispatching command signal to a main terminal 13 based on a command received from a central load dispatching office 3. The terminal 13 then places the distributed load dispatching command signal on an optical cable network 9. It is received by a plurality of subterminals 17 located at a power consuming place and delivered to a terminal transmission controller 11 which transmits the distributed load dispatching command signal to neighboring home energy control system by radio. Distribution controller of each control system receives the distributed load dispatching command signal and charges a battery, or the like, at a preset time at a specified charging rate. According to the arrangement, power can be stored in each power receiving facility during a time band when excess power is generated.</p> |
