FIELD: electronic engineering; regulating working DC currents in electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: for maintaining working currents through electronic circuits at desired level irrespective of temperature of amplifier chip 3 and ambient temperature negative feedback signal is separated from forward biased PN junction of current sensor 1 of amplifier chip 3 with aid of shaper 2 and setting working DC current by disposing working point of amplifier chip 3 on bend of dynamic characteristic of current sensor 1.
