FIELD: heat-power engineering; accumulation of heat in complex deep heat recovery systems and reduction of toxic emissions into atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of hot and cold water, distribution of these heat-transfer agents by horizontal disks and limitation of heat- and mass-exchange by means of flat heat-insulated disks or cylindrical vessels; hot and cold water is supplied to housing divided into two spaces by means of walls; these spaces are brought into communication by means of branch pipe fitted at the bottom of wall; said heat-transfer agents are supplied from above into different spaces through horizontal water distributing disks; discharge is also effected at the top through upper water intake devices; excessive cold water is drained through branch pipe found at the top of housing. Proposed device is also provided with upper water intake units and hot and cold water temperature regulators. Proposed device may be also provided with water supply units with electric coagulators and reagent distributors arranged inside them for coagulation of admixtures and settling of hydroxides of heavy metals, taper disks for reduction of heat- and mass-exchange between layers of liquids and settling of admixtures and hydroxides of heavy metals on their inner surfaces, slotted nozzles, shut-off valves, collectors, logic unit, solution pH regulators, as well as gates and pipe lines for removal of sediment together with water from accumulator bottom. Such construction provides for delivery of hot and cold heat-transfer agents to consumer at required temperature control; possibility of cleaning heat-transfer agents from gases, solid particles and heavy metals.
