FIELD: mechanical engineering, particularly, cold working of metals and alloys by plastic deformation. SUBSTANCE: for application of microrelief to external surface of cylindrical part, electric motor shaft has regulated eccentric coupling consisting of two eccentric half-couplings secured to each other by two screws. In this case, screws are immovably installed on one half-coupling, on side of electric motor, and in radial recesses of the other half-coupling and spring is provided with control device in the form of screw with incisions on holder. Invention provides for application of microrelief to part external surface and change of microrelief geometry within wide range, control of depth of microrelief grooves in the course of working.
