FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: button has outer and inner casings with several thread receiving channels. Outer casing has projection arranged on its rear surface. Channels in each casing are arranged with an angle between them and converge in single opening formed close to outer casing on projection and close to inner casing centrally of surface facing to outer casing. Angle of deviation of channels in inner casing is equal to angle of convergence of channels in outer casing. Common channels have wavy smoothed walls. Method allows friction between thread and button edge to be reduced and, accordingly, loss of button to be avoided. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved strength of fastening button to clothing. 2 cl, 6 dwg |
