WORKING TOOL FOR SLITTER

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine, knives and chisels. Tine is defined by left-hand and right-hand sides. Inserts are located between sides so as to define slots. Knives are positioned in slots for movement and fixation on front part of tine. Detachable knives are made in the form of flat oblique-angled parallelepiped. Chisels are positioned in mutually offset relation on lower cuts of tine. Slots on upper faces of chisels are adapted for joining lower edges of knives. Each of sides is stamped as unitary part from sheet steel of standard quality and has complicated geometrical form. Flat part of sides and upper mounting portions are arranged in vertical position. Mounting portions are mutually offset from vertical axis of symmetry of tine to define stepped portion with steps oriented in direction of movement in parallel planes. Mounting portions are connected with side flat portion through surfaces inclined to vertical planes. Said parts of sides are continued with strips inclined to side similar to that of parallel planes. Knife made in the form of flat rectangular parallelepiped is mounted in tine slot between vertical middle flat parts of sides. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency in controlling lands subjected to water erosion. 3 dwg
