PURPOSE: Provided is a processing method of radish tops to remove a bitter taste from the radish top in a short time and to increases a cool and sweet taste. CONSTITUTION: The processing method of radish tops comprises the steps of: collecting radish tops and washing them to remove dirts; dipping 100kg of the radish tops in a mixed solution of 40 L of water and 50 L of sea water for 12 hours to remove a bitter taste; washing and dewatering them; boiling the radish tops in a mixed solution of 70 L of water and 20 L of sea water with 10g of licorice roots and 8kg of sesame seed dregs for 2-3 minutes to remove a bitter taste and to give a sweet and cool taste; washing them twice and drying them to their water content being 30-40% in the sun lights; and vacuum packing them. |
