FIELD: valves designed for manufacture of devices for regulation and shutoff of working media flows conveyed through pipelines. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary preparation of cock body blank with branch pipes, spherical plug and rod; placing of plug into blank internal cavity and its locking; placing of blank into mold and reducing of blank and mold. At least one seat seal is preliminarily made and introduced into contact with plug and blank. Reduction is performed to reduce diameter of at least one branch pipe relative to diameter of body with formation of conjugating section in the form of truncated cone or round ring. EFFECT: reduced metals usage and labor input in manufacture of ball cock. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
