FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: lymphatism is detected according to clinical signs, moreover, the variant of lymphatism is concluded on according to the values of spontaneous adhesion of lymphocytes and index of their sensitivity to adhesion modulators PHA and thymalin. Constitutional variant of lymphatism is diagnosed at the presence of spontaneous lymphocytic adhesion exceeding 36.5 ± 2.49 and indices of cellular sensitivity to PHA and thymalin being below 1.46 ± 0.08 and 1.44 ± 0.07, correspondingly. Alimentary variant of lymphatism is diagnosed at the level of spontaneous lymphocytic adhesion within 36.5 ± 2.49 and indices of cellular sensitivity to PHA and thymalin being below 1.46 ± 0.08 and 1.44 ± 0.07, correspondingly. Acceleration- type lymphatism is diagnosed at the values of spontaneous lymphocytic adhesion being below 36.5 ± 2.49 and indices of cellular sensitivity to PHA and thymalin within 1.46 ± 0.08 and 1.44 ± 0.07, correspondingly.
