FIELD: organic chemistry, polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ethylene copolymer with at least a single alpha-olefin. Copolymer is synthesized using chrome oxide-base solid catalytic material applied on homogeneous amorphous carrier and showing fluidity coefficient HLMI expressed in g/10 min by amount of alpha-olefin Q expressed in g of alpha-olefin per 1 kg of copolymer, standard volume mass expressed in kg/m3 and equal at least (952.75 + 5.40 x lg HLMI + 0.79 x Q) and relatively broad molecular mass values distribution. The ratio of values of dynamic viscosity muo/mu2 is at least (23.67 + 6.67 x lg HLMI). One of essential indices of copolymer at required fluidity coefficient HLMI and required content of alpha-olefin Q that copolymer Q shows the enhanced value of standard volume mass. Invention relates also to method of synthesis of said copolymer in the presence of catalyst and organoboron compound.
