FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary piston engines with swinging pistons. According to invention, engine has swinging pistons installed on rotary shaft for reciprocating. Switching motion of pistons is converted by means of rack train and crank-and-connecting rod mechanism into rotation of output shaft. Valve-actuating mechanism has sprocket and spring-loaded inlet and outlet valves installed on camshaft. Pistons are arranged in cylindrical housing and form several separate spaces. Main and additional shafts are made hollow. One of chain drives of main shaft is coupled with sprockets of camshafts, and other is connected with crankshaft.
