FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, pesticides. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiological method of preparing potentiating agent of pesticide activity of pesticide. Method involves preparing substance of the structure (I) or its salt given in description by culturing microorganisms of genus Bacillus (Bacillus thuringiensis) and used in combination with pesticide obtained on the basis of microorganisms of genus Bacillus. Using the above indicated potentiating agent method ensures to enhance activity of crystalline delta-endotoxins of protein nature isolated from Bacillus thuringiensis by many times.
