FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology, resuscitation, surgery, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with anesthesia at carrying out operations at the lower limbs, organs of small pelvis and abdominal cavity, in case of delivery. A patient should sit bending onwards with the legs down, spinal membrane is punctured to obtain 8 ml liquor, 2 ml liquor is mixed with 2 ml 5%- ephedrine hydrochloride solution to be injected into a spinal channel, 5 min later 1.3 ml liquor is mixed with 1.3 ml 1%-dicaine solution and 1.5 ml 2%-sodium chloride solution, the mixture obtained is cooled up to 18-20 C to be introduced into a spinal channel.
