An extruder (1) for temperature-controlled extrusion which comprises an extrusion chamber (3) with a cylindrical bore (6) and a feed aperture (7) and a discharge aperture (8). The cylindrical bore (6) is developed about an axis of symmetry (s) and interacts with conveying and processing means (4, 5, 10) for the material to be extruded. The extrusion chamber (3) has at least one measurement cavity (14) for housing at least one heat sensor (15), in which the measurement cavity (14) extends in a direction contained in a plane tangential to a cylinder having the same axis of symmetry (s) and a diameter greater than the diameter of the cylindrical bore (6). <IMAGE> |
