FIELD: antenna engineering; superwide- band directive antennas for mobile equipment. SUBSTANCE: log- periodic antenna has antenna curtain made of vertical monopoles disposed above flat metal screen and asymmetric strip power line. Monopoles are alternately connected. Asymmetric strip line is excited from signal generator in top of log-periodic antenna either directly or with aid of coaxial cable. EFFECT: enlarged upper frequency range, simplified design. 1 dwg
